Sales with delivery, assembly and commissioning Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrometer with rapid changes of the magnetic field operating in an extended frequency range from several kHz to over 110 MHz. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ - Description of the subject orders. The Contractor will deliver and install the subject of the order at his own expense and risk in the place specified by the Ordering Party. Domestic and foreign transport with insurance, all customs duties, stamp duties and all other fees - on the side Contractors. The contractor will attach to the offer a technical description of the offered subject of the contract containing all necessary information enabling the assessment of compliance of the offer with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. A to the SWZ (i.e. in particular catalog cards offered devices, information folders, a list containing the manufacturer and model of the offered devices, configuration and parameters in Polish or English, etc.). The contractor will provide a warranty for the subject of the order: a) for the elements spectrometer listed in point 6 of the Description of the subject of the order - Annex A to the SWZ: min. 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations, b) for the spectrometer elements listed in point 7 of the Description of the subject of the order - Annex A to the SWZ: min. 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without any reservations.
