Sale and delivery of stereoscopic microscopes 1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of stereoscopic microscopes The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Reasons for not dividing the order into lots: The subject of the contract constitutes a functional whole, dividing the contract into parts would pose a risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of contract execution, moreover, the lack of division is justified by organizational reasons, a possible division of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract, and the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could jeopardize the correct and timely performance of the contract. Moreover, failure to divide for parts does not distort competition by limiting the possibility of bidding for them. 2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party anticipates its use the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 PPL The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if public funds were intended to be used by the Ordering Party to finance them all or part of the contract have not been awarded to him. 5.
