The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of microscopes to the Podkarpackie Biodiversity Center The order was divided into 3 parts (3 tasks): Task No. 1: Sales and delivery a stereoscopic microscope with an image capture and analysis system Task No. 2: Sale and delivery of a trinocular stereoscopic microscope Task No. 3: Sale and delivery of a trinocular light microscope 2. Detailed the description and method of execution of the order are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 PPL The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 5. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. 6. The Ordering Party does not require any security for proper performance of the contract. 7.
