Sale and delivery of liquid fuels The subject of the proceedings is the sale and delivery of liquid fuels, i.e. diesel oil (standard: summer, transitional and winter) and unleaded 95 gasoline. Liquid fuels will be sold and delivered ex-MZK warehouse Żagań located at ul. Młynarska 6 and will apply to the following liquid fuels: 1) diesel oil in the amount of approximately - 1, 600 m3, 2) unleaded gasoline 95 in the amount of approximately - 600 m3 The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase less fuel than indicated above, in accordance with current operational needs. The minimum level of order feasibility is 70% of the quantity of ordered fuel. If the values ​​indicated in the price form are not used during the term of the contract, the Ordering Party has the right to the right to resign from further purchases of fuel, without any financial consequences or compensation to the Contractor, or to extend the delivery period with the consent of the Contractor.
