The subject of the order is: sale and delivery of a CNC machine tool to the Secondary School Complex in Ornontowice, planned as part of the project entitled: Effective Functional Schools, development of vocational education in Mikow County, co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds Program for Silesia 20212027 (Priority FESL.10: European Funds for transformation, measure FESL.10.14: Vocational training infrastructure).A. The scope of the order includes delivery, assembly and commissioning of the following equipment:1. CNC machine for the Secondary School Complex in Ornontowice, 1 piece. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.B. The Contractor's obligation is to deliver the subject of the order, in accordance with the description indicated in Annex No. 3 to SWZ, C. The Contractor is responsible for the entire scope of deliveries, including the course and timely execution of the subject of the order, quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the order.
