This project will consist of all necessary trade scopes to prepare the site and construct the new buildings using conventional methods to local codes.This project will consist of abatement, demolition, excavation, concrete formwork, concrete reinforcing, concrete supply, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metal, metal siding, membrane roofing, fireproofing, firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, hardware, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, corner guard, washroom accessories, freezer equipment, loading dock equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, Controls, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security.Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
