Tender Details

The acquisition of the expert is related to the Saimaa by Cycle - sustainable travel chains and themed cycling routes project managed by Mikkeli's development company Miksei Oy. In addition to EU partial financing, the project is financed by the municipality of Puumala and the city of Mikkeli. I have support granted by the Southern Savo County Association. Hankkeessa kehitetään Saimaan alueesta vetovoimaista ja saavutettavaa pyörämatkailukohdetta sekä rakennetaan reittien, palvelujen ja matkaketjujen ympärille houkuttelevaa ja markkinointiin soveltuvaa kokonaisuutta for domestic and international bicycle tourists. The project will be implemented between 1 March 2026 and 31 December 2027. The purpose of the cycling tourism expert service is to evaluate and promote the following new routes (see attachments) in accordance with the project plan development of:- Mikkeli-Ristiina-Suurlahti-Hurissalo-Anttola-Mikkeli-Puumala and the connecting route between the Sillat ja Lossit route (Viljakansaarentie). The request for tender concerns the feasibility of the routes, safety, signage, instructions for cyclists and promote the guidance and familiarization of the entrepreneurs involved in the project with bicycle tourism to meet the needs of both domestic and international bicycle tourists. The work must take into account the bike tourer's customer experience as a whole, as well as the international one quality criteria and expectations of bicycle tourism. The procurement concerns comprehensive expert and planning services for the aforementioned routes. Possible acquisitions and realizations of structures, signs or furniture are not included here...
