Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to design and construct a walking trail at The Sagebrush Discovery Trail located on public lands near the city of Baker, White Pine County, Nevada. Key project elements include the following:· 1.25 miles of natural surface trail, · one approximately 35-foot bridge with abutments and egress ramps· three hardened seasonal low water crossings· one shade structure with picnic table mid-trail, interpretive signs along trail· access roads from highway to North Trailhead · Two trail-head parking areas (North and South) each containing a key entrance sign and informational kiosk, welded steel post and rail fencing with pedestrian walk-through, and one swinging lockable vehicle gate (South)
