1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY 2026-70% Calamity Fund (Capital Outlay) to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Safety Upgrading and Improvement of Tinoc Sports Complex Drainage Canal Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for Safety Upgrading and Improvement of Tinoc Sports Complex Drainage Canal Completion of the Works is required until 44 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
