TINOC-2026-039
1) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc through the CY 2026-70% of 5% LDRRMF- Calamity Fund (Capital Outlay) to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Safety upgrading and improvement of Pulitang- Bingbing Road (Pulitang Section). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tinoc now invites bids for Safety Upgrading and Improvement of Pulitang-Bingbing Road (Pulitang Section). Completion of the Works is required until 40 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
