This is a sources sought announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. This sources sought notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the federal acquisition regulation (far) part 10. The government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice. If a solicitation is later released, it will be synopsized in fedbizops. It is the potential business concerns responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. This effort is to seek qualified sources capable of fulfilling the requirements to provide services in support of the oregon army national guard s (orarng) safety lodging requirements.
The potential vendor will be responsible for booking commercial lodging throughout the state of oregon in support of the safety lodging program. Vendors will be responsible for booking rooms (based on a rooming list), paying hotels, and providing soldiers with reservation information. All bookings must be at hotels found on the fema hotel-motel national master list located at https://apps.usfa.fema.gov/hotel/.
The government is contemplating a requirements contract paid on a per room basis for both single and double occupancy rooms.
The applicable naics code is 561599 "all other travel arrangement and reservation services", with a small business size standard of $20.5m in annual revenue. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending a capability statement along with your business s information below by email no later than 13 febuary 17.

B. List any professional certifications or associations that your business or business owner holds.
3. Please provide recommendations or comments on the proposed pricing structure.
Note: this sources sought notice is open to large businesses, small businesses and all other social economic businesses. Competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research.
