The aim of the High-rise Safety Inspections Program is to map and assess the quality of indoor gas assets in approximately 140, 000 high-rise buildings. Stedin aims to complete this by the end of 2034. Given the labor intensive package, limited capacity and the desired period, we investigate the possibilities of outsourcing this work package.
