The contract period is 01.06.2026-31.05.2028. It is possible to extend the contract with two (2) option years for the period from June 1, 2028 to May 31, 2030. Subscriber decides on the implementation of the option period. The number of helmets is given as an estimate. The estimate in question for the number of helmets for a one-time order is a total of 240 pieces. The order quantity will be specified at the beginning of the fall semester, so the customer does not commit to ordering the estimated product quantity. The estimated amount is only to support the calculation. In addition, during the contract period, random additional orders are made in addition to the larger quantity in question. The helmets must be suitable for construction site use and must meet the requirements of the EN 397 standard, as well as in the criteria mentioned additional requirements. Eye protection must meet the requirements of the EN 166 standard. Hearing protection must meet the requirements of the EN 352-3 standard. Two types of helmets are required. - Helmet model 1.- Helmet model 2. The differences between these become more detailed criteria in section.The following color options should be found in the helmet model 1.:- yellow- blue- green- white In the helmet model 2.: -yellow-blue-green. So the price should be the same for everyone for colors. In addition to certain helmet models, the customer can occasionally also use other helmet models in the provider's selection under the terms of the framework agreement.
