The Safety Delegate (DS) is appointed by the Safety Directorate (Sl). The Ds Is Entrusted With Partial Tasks/Skills Or All The Tasks/Skills Of The Sl. A Ds therefore has the same formation as the Sl. The Sl However Retains Full Responsibility Without Restriction. The Ds Does Not Relays only of his actions to every soul and conscience. Main task: The SL takes measures to ensure safe protection of all personnel against the dangers associated with railway operations and of the railway operation against the dangers associated with the works.
