Tender Details

The contract concerns the carrying out of a coordination mission in terms of worker safety and health protection (CSPS), in accordance with articles R 4532-11 et seq. of the Labor Code. The specific technical clauses (CCTP) describes the missions expected of the holder by Ile-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) by specifying the missions at each phase of the project, the deliverables to be submitted as well as the administrative clauses applicable to the market. The mission is category 1 such that it is defined by article R.4532-1 of the Labor Code. The Safety Project Manager, level 1 SPS coordinator himself, will ensure: general coordination and synthesis in matters of Safety and Health Protection; the organization of meetings of the C.I.S.S.C.T, the production of all the documents necessary for general coordination (protocols, etc.), the harmonization of the productions and interventions of the CSPS team, participation in weekly site meetings as as needed. He will also summarize the REX of accidents or incidents and will ensure on the site the uniform application of the various instructions, notices, temporary or non-temporary documents, any other task made necessary by the supervision of the coordination in matters of safety and health protection.
