This includes but is not limited to labor, equipment, and material as required to complete the Deliverables included in Appendix F. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will for for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, for three (3) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
