Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) IDIQ Contract, AAFB, Guam

It is for planning and informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contractual agreement, nor will the Government reimburse any company or individual for expenses associated with the preparation, submission, or participation in response to this notice.
Information is requested from 8(a)‑certified firms that have the capability, financial capacity, and interest in supporting Andersen Air Force Base's follow‑on Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contract.
This acquisition was previously awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type competitive 8(a) contract with a maximum ceiling of $70M. The current contract is anticipated to end on or before 26 January 2028.
