2 Deliver items based on the schedule of delivery and drop-off points;

3 Winning bidder must inform the end-user seven (7) calendar days prior to schedule of delivery to prioritize the scheduling/conduct of inspection;;

4 Processing of payment shall be made within thirty (30) working days after complete delivery, inspection, acceptance and submission of all necessary documents required for the process of documents;

5 Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP Savings Account to effect payment.
