2 Delivery must be made within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of purchase order otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be imposed.

3 Deliver items at GSS, DA-RFO8, Kanhuraw Hill, Tacloban City;

4 Winning bidder must inform the end-user three (3) calendar days prior to delivery;

5 Processing of payment shall be made after complete delivery, inspection, acceptance and submission of necessary documents required for the process of payment;

6 Winning bidder shall submit a snapshot of LBP Savings Account to effect payment.
