This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source announcement only; this is not a request for quote. No solicitation document will be issued and offers will not be requested. The US Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal intends to enter a Firm Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement will be for the production and delivery of Giraffe 1X (G1X) radars. The intended source is Saab, Inc., 5717 Enterprise Parkway, East Syracuse, NY, 13057.
