This tender notice applies to Civica's upcoming new construction of department 61 S0bakken at Beldringevej 5 in Naesbyhoved-Broby.
The tender is, in addition to the legislative, including planning framework, linked to the following governing minimum requirements:
Total area of the building (excluding sheds, pavilion, etc.)must amount to exactly 8, 183 gross floor meters (BBR).
The project must contain 93 family homes and a shared house.
No homes may be larger than 115 m2 gross floor meters.
Paving, terraces, paths, roads, parking lots, waste facilities, sheds/depots on the ground and planting must be included in the offeret.

Expansion of traffic lights with new road branch/main road
Construction of communal house, stairs and lift etc. must be included in the 8, 183 BBR m2.
