Description : 1. The Provincial Government of Batanes, through the Provincial Appropriations Ordinance No. 01 series of 2025 (20% Development Fund), intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Eight Pesos Only (₱ 3, 250, 708.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Repair of Batanes Resort /2026-03-341. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Batanes now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
