The subject of the performance of the public contract is the educational services implemented on the basis of the Framework Agreement concluded in accordance with § 124 of the Act with three candidates for the performance of this public contract specified in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation entitled "Specification of the subject of the public contract".
