1. The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and implementation of a system for automatic digitization of documentation. 2. The subject of the order includes 2 packages: 2.1. Package No. 1 - Expansion and integration of the hospital system with the possibility of electronic signature of documents using devices for collecting signatures and e-ID readers with licenses 2.2. Package No. 2 - Installation and implementation of an automatic documentation digitization system - hardware and software 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 2.1.for Package no 1 is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order - Package No. 1" 2.2. for Package No. 2 is included in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order - Package No. 1" 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1a and 1b to SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (also called OPZ).
