The contractor shall provide materials and services as required to manufacture, assemble and produce the tool set for use at the organizational level of maintenance. The tool kit is a portable self-contained tool kit designed to install rynglok fitting sizes 03 through 24. Design features include: small envelope; lightweight; hand operated; minimum skill training; works with all tubing materials and wall thickness. The toolkit includes: case; hand pump assembly; marking gage tools; 12 foot hose assembly; inspection gages; marking pen; and instructional video tape. The manufacturing, assembly and production of this item shall be accomplished at the contractor s facilities.
