The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction "Rychmburk Castle - reconstruction of the castle bridge - 2nd stage" according to the performance specification contained in the project documentation prepared by the company TOP CON SERVIS, s. r. o., with registered office at Ke Stírce 1824/56, 182 00 Prague 8, IČO 45274983 (appendix no. 1 of the call). The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the bridge. The purpose of the 2nd stage of the bridge reconstruction is to remove the unsatisfactory construction condition of the substructure and thereby extend the life of the entire bridge, while preserving its historical and cultural values. Another of the objectives of the reconstruction is the restoration of the connection between the north-west (NW) and south-east (SE) gardens. As part of the reconstruction, plaster will be completely removed from the existing substructure, the non-original passage between the gardens will be demolished, and 3 pieces will be restored of vaulted arches in the lower building (in the original places), restoration of the original vault to enable movement between the two gardens, modification of the NW staircase and modification of the access stairs to the SE gardens, restoration of the entire area of ​​lime plaster.
