The Purpose Of The Ryan White Hiv/Aids Program (Rwhap) Part C Capacity Development Program Is To Strengthen Organizational Capacity To Increase Capacity To Develop, Enhance, Or Expand Access To High Quality Hiv Primary Health Care Services For Low-Income People With Hiv. The Proposed Activity Should Be Of A Short-Term Nature And Should Be Completed By The End Of The One-Year Funding Opportunity Period Of Performance.
