The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) Veterans Home Central Pharmacy seeks to establish a contract with a Contractor for prescription packaging materials. Materials will be purchased on an as needed basis. These materials include 31-day single dose cold seal blister cards that are compatible with a SynMed XF packaging machine. The Central Pharmacy provides medication to over 800 MDVA residents. Medications are dispensed via a traditional blister card system. Responses to this RFP will only be accepted via the SWIFT Vendor Portal. Late responses will not be accepted.
