Runtime access to the SAP HANA database The object of the acquisition is the Runtime license for the SAP HANA database to support the SAP solutions used by the Subscriber and its customers. The right to use the database covers the Customer's SAP ERP HCM system and to it the use of the related environments SAP Portal, SAP Fiori Gateway, SAP ADS, SAP NWDI, SAP PO and SAP Solution Manager. The SAP HANA Runtime license enables the use of the SAP HANA database for the agreed purpose of use and service center use. By acquisition the use of the systems described above, sufficient capacity and continuity of operations are ensured. The acquisition also includes the maintenance of the right to use the database.
