Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of pharmaceutical services provided by ZOD FREGATA sp. z o.o. and leading and managing the Pharmacy Department in the scope of: 1) organizing work in a way that ensures the continuity of work of the Pharmacy Department in accordance with the needs of the Department, in consultation with the staff; 2) conducting warehouses of the Pharmacy Department - including, among others, medicines, dressing materials, disinfectants; 3) organizing the supply of the Pharmacy Department with products, including medicinal products and medical devices, on the basis of contracts concluded by ZOD FREGATA sp. z o.o. contracts and the demand for medicines from outside the Department's Formulary at the request of medical staff, keeping their records in the IT system and cooperating with suppliers to the extent necessary to implement this contract, 4) verifying invoices and bills issued by suppliers, in accordance with the instructions in force in the Department in this regard; 5) appropriate storing products received in the warehouse;6) securing and monitoring proper storage conditions of dairy products and medical devices, including refrigerators for storing medicines;7) issuing medicines, medical devices and other products on ward...
