Предмет закупівлі : Language (languages) which should be used in tender offers - all documents prepared by the Resident Participants of Ukraine must be presented in the Ukrainian language. In this case, the documents required by the tender documentation namely: the design, technical documentation, as well as documents confirming the participant's compliance with the qualification criteria, which are set out in the original in Russian, do not require translation into Ukrainian. The Tender offers submitted by the Non-resident Participants of Ukraine may be presented in foreign language but must have a certified translation into Ukrainian or Russian. In case of discrepancies with the text of the original, preference is given to the Ukrainian or Russian text. The participant is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the translation.
