Based on the responses, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. The anticipated procurement is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
Description:
The U.S. Army Garrison Devens RFTA has a requirement for the removal and replacement of rubberized roof sealant on Building 3574. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to complete the project at the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, Devens, MA.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Removal and disposal of existing, failed rubberized sealant from the under-eave roof perimeter of Building 3574.
Preparation of the surface area for new sealant application.
Installation of new rubberized roof sealant on an approximate external surface area of 270 to 300 square feet.
Daily cleanup and disposal of all project-related debris, rubbish, and materials from the Government property in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1).
