The purpose of this file is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of the Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) necessary for the operation of the transformer stations and switching stations. The RTUs must communicate via the protocols IEC 60870-5-104 and IEC 61850 MMS. The specifications relate to the (technical) specifications for high-end RTUs, power supply and input/output modules, a central device management platform, software licenses and configuration software for the RTUs.
