Description : Professional Services Request to Qualify and QuoteSolicitation Number: RQQ-2022-PROB-692 Real Estate Brokerage Services Metrolinx-s Realty Portfolio team is responsible for administering, managing and maintaining Metrolinx-s real estate assets. The team performs a number of key real estate related functions, including records and contract abstraction and management, transactions and property circulations, and property management on behalf of Metrolinx project teams. The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals from Proponents for the provision of Real Estate Brokerage Services on an emergent basis over a two year term, with three additional option years which will exercisable at Metrolinx-s sole discretion. The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of this Request Document. RQQ documents are available online at www.metrolinx.merx.com Responses to the RQQ will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on October 4, 2022 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERx Portal. Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERx Portal in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
