Description : Dear Sir/Madam,

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for provision of "System Strengthening, Capacity Development and Modernization of Customer Services of Selected Water Establishments in Lebanon (Contact Center, Customer Registration Portal and Mobile Application)" as stipulated in the attached LRPS and annexes 1, 2 & 3. Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to LRPS#2018-9144546.

You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by sealed envelope as per the following and as indicated in the LRPS, page 1:

Proposals must be sent in sealed envelopes to the below address not later than 12:00h, 23 November 2018:

The reference LRPS#2018-9144546 must be shown on the envelope.

Proposals must be provided in sealed envelopes (one sealed envelope for the technical proposal and one sealed envelope for the financial proposal both clearly marked - to be included in one sealed outer envelope) at the address stipulated in the LRPS.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
