RPK Technical security support agreement The procurement includes Technical service security. The tenderer must deliver a service in the form of service, maintenance and upgrading of the existing technical equipment as well as some expansion if necessary, including the purchase of required hardware. Region Västernorrland's Regional Psychiatric Clinic (RPK) in Sundsvall is one of the country's largest units for the care and treatment of mentally ill offenders according to the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act (LRV), as well as those requiring special care patients treated under the Compulsory Psychiatric Care Act (LPT). The assignment also includes caring for clients from the correctional service who are judged to have a psychiatric care need. The clinic is located in Nacksta west of Sundsvall and consists of ten departments with 140 care places. RPK is a high-security facility and operations are conducted in security class 1, 2 and 3 according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's classification in HSLF-FS 2025:52. Safety is superior to other requirements in the facility. Patients, visitors as well as most in staff must undergo general entry screening to gain access.
