Short description of the procurement: Räpina parish, Räpina city, Nooruse 6, 24-apartment reconstruction with KredEx 50% support. Insulation of the walls of the house, replacement of roofing, replacement of all windows, partial reconstruction of the heating system, construction of a ventilation system with a central unit, reconstruction of the water and sewerage system, and the construction of a hot water system. Reconstruction of the electrical system. Solar panels are not installed, it is a change compared to 3rd procurement.
