Within the digitization project eSamverkan, a number of development projects are run. eSamverkan is an EU project run by the Association of Municipalities Vaesternorrland, all municipalities in Vaesternorrland and Hudiksvall as well as Nordanstig municipality, for more information see www.esamverkan.nu (http://www.esamverkan.nu/).
Syftet with eSamverkan is to develop and increase access to digital services for citizens and businesses and thereby in the longer term increase the region's growth, attractiveness and accessibility.
Within the framework of eSamverkan, we have developed a methodology for how we work with introducing RPA in a municipality. Sewthe purpose of the procurement is to be able to offer UM a range of IT consulting services that cover the entire process described in the appendix. From the framework agreement, it should be possible to call for simpler resource consultants in a specific area, leading specialists or complete projects.
