The subject of the construction plan is the repair, or historic renovation of the interiors of the Royal Summer Palace in the Royal Garden of Prague Castle. Part of the implementation also includes maintenance work on the exterior of the building, related to the urgently needed restoration and protection of surfaces stone elements of the upper and lower balustrades, cornices and column arcades and repair of plastering. Layout modifications of the building will be carried out, consisting in the modification of the entrance hall related to the design of the new cash register block and then in the modification of the background for the custodians. In the basement the toilets under the northern corridor will be completely redone. The layout of the main halls remains unchanged. Construction modifications will mainly consist of repairing the surfaces of walls, ceilings and floors (especially in the halls and the entrance hall), as well as demolishing the existing ones and implementing new partitions, soffits, floors and tiles. Existing furnishings will be dismantled and replaced with new ones. Work related to the replacement of utility network distributions will be carried out (distributions of high-current and low-current electrical installations, sewage, water supply, heating, air conditioning. MaR will be part of the delivery. The opening fillings (doors, windows, including internal shutters and blinds) will be repaired or replaced with replicas. Excavations will be carried out in the basement of the building in connection with the replacement of the sewer in the floor and the connection to the outdoor lines in Royal garden.
