Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The Seine Amont agency (ASAM) of the Territorial Direction (DT) of Paris has a recurring need for roof maintenance and rehabilitation (subject of lot 1), renovation and/or change of roofs (subject of lot 2), for the warehouses of the port of Bonneuil in order to ensure the contractual coverage commitments made to its lessees. Reinforcement of metal frames (object of lot 3) may also be necessary to change a defective basic roof into a new, insulated or fireproof roof, of an identical or greater weight due to the application of current standards in relation to the calculations of solidity of the frames. This reinforcement may also be necessary if the initial framework must support additional weight when installing solar panels. In fact, the strategic project of the establishment or the tertiary decree lead ASAM to study the possibility of developing photovoltaic electricity production on its built assets. Changing old roofs is an opportunity to possibly develop the installation of solar panels (subject of lot 4). The purpose of this consultation is therefore to choose service providers who will have the missions, depending on the lots, of routine upkeep and roof maintenance work, roof renovation, etc.
