Tender Details

This consultation concerns a framework agreement for routine maintenance work for sites in the town of Lamballe-Armor. The framework agreement with maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of Public procurement code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The services are divided into fourteen lots designated below. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification of the contract. The execution or delivery times of the services are fixed for each order form in accordance with the stipulations of the documents of the framework agreement. The framework agreement can be tacitly renewed 3 times a year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is four years.
