Routine maintenance of communication green for part 12 The subject of this public contract is the routine maintenance of communication greenery. The subject of the performance is the routine maintenance of communication greenery on the relevant part (defined area) of the main city ​​of Prague, especially the greenery located in surrounding roads managed by the contracting authority. An overview of measurements is given in Appendix No. 14 ZD. Delimitation of the territory of the capital m. of Prague, part 12 is marked in the map that forms Appendix No. 13a and 13b ZD. The subject of this public contract is defined in the form of a list by the contracting authority required works and services. Part of Annexes No. 12 ZD includes, among other things, a price list, or Model for calculating the bid price (hereinafter referred to as the "Model"). In the Model, individual specific works and services are specified in detail, the implementation of which the contracting authority assumes within one calendar year, including the expected frequency/amount of performing these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contracting authority is entitled to request certain works and services more often or, on the contrary, less often, or in a larger or, conversely, smaller amount. Work on the maintenance of greenery will be carried out according to the general DIR, i.e. the decision on the special use permit issued by the road administration office according to § 25 paragraph 6 letter c) point 3 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on land transport, ve wording of later regulations - execution of construction works.
