The subject of this public contract is the routine maintenance of communication greenery. The subject of the public contract is the felling of communication greenery, or linear vegetation (grass and bushes), garbage collection and bush cutting, especially along roads I. and II. class, in the entire territory of the capital city ​​of Prague. Delimitation of the territory of the capital city ​​of Prague is marked in the map that forms Appendix No. 13 ZD. The acreage overview forms Appendix No. 14 ZD. The subject of this public contract is defined in the form of a list of works and services required by the contracting authority. Part of Annexes No. 15 ZD includes, among other things, a price list, or Model for calculating the offer price (hereinafter referred to as the "Model"). The Model specifies in detail individual specific works and services, the execution of which the contracting authority assumes within one calendar year, including the expected frequency/amount of execution of these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contracting authority is entitled to request certain works and services more often or, on the contrary, less often, or in greater or, conversely, smaller quantities.
