The Rottnest Island Authority (Ria) Manages A Diverse Portfolio Of Commercial Operations On Rottnest Island, Including Retail Outlets, Food And Beverage Venues, And Recreational Activity Providers. These Businesses Operate Under Leases, Licences, And Concession Agreements Issued By Ria.To Support These Operations, Ria Maintains A Portfolio Of Staff Housing Ranging From Shared Dormitory-Style Accommodation To Single-Family Residences. These Properties Are Leased To Island Businesses Under Bespoke Agreements. Certain Properties Are Also Occupied By Ria Personnel, Government Regional Officer Housing (Groh) Tenants, And Department Of Health Staff.
