The City Of Roswell Is Seeking Qualified Contractors To Mill And Pave The Roswell-alpharetta Public Safety Training Center (rapstc) Parking Lot. Elements Of This Work Include: 1. Milling And Paving Of Approximately 2, 500 Square Yards Of Asphalt, 2. Striping Of Handicap Area To Include Two (2) Van Accessible Spaces And Two (2) Standard Spaces, And 3. Removal Of Three (3) Speed Bumps. Four (4) Calendar Days Have Been Set Aside For Performance Of The Contract. This Is A Non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference To Walk The Site. Contractors Submitting A Proposal That May Decide Not To Attend Meeting, Must Walk The Site On Another Day During Business Hours. The Contractor Must Signoff That They Have Walked The Site Prior To Submitting A Proposal. Contractors Must Identify Themselves To Staff At The Location And Identify The Reason You Are On The Premises. A Bid Bond In The Amount Of 5% Is Required. Payment And Performance Bonds Equal To 100% Of The Awarded Contract Value Are Required. The City Of Roswell Has The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids; To Award A Contract In The Best Interest Of The City And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities.
