The Town of Essex is soliciting the Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) from those individuals or companies with pertinent expertise, capabilities, experience and are interested in being considered as pre-qualified bidders to be placed on a roster of engineering service providers for municipal drainage works. This Request for Prequalification will be used to create a roster list for Engineering Services for Drainage Works conducted under the Drainage Act throughout the Town. The Review Committee will evaluate submitted Proposals and qualified Respondents will be assigned to this roster. Successful respondents assigned to the Engineering Services Roster shall provide consultation, design, construction, and contract administration as required for projects concerning Municipal Drains in the Town of Essex, as governed by the Drainage Act. The roster shall be valid for one year from date of award.
