Short description: The acquisition will meet the need for the defense and allied nations for shipments of vehicles, cargo and containers in the liner species with Roro ships.
By Roro vessels is meant vessels where loading and unloading are done by either the load running yourself or being pulled by its own trolleys. Roro is a term for roll on-roll off. Line parties mean that the ships follow a fixed route between different ports.
The entire transport stage must take place on seagoing means of transport from the quay to the quay. The client will be responsible for the transport to/from the quay. The need is mainly along the Norwegian coast, but there may be shipments to Europe as well.
This is a framework agreement with one supplier with a duration of four years with the possibility of prolongation for another three years. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is a total of seven years.
The estimated value of the procurement is 80 MNOK ex. VAT, and maximum value is 100 MNOK ex. VAT including options.
