In Uppsala municipality, approx. 14, 500 tonnes of sewage sludge are produced each year. Of this, the majority is a Revaq-certified sludge produced at the Kungsängsverket south of Uppsala city centre. Other sludge covered by the assignment is produced at the Storvreta treatment plant.
