Abstract: Cardiff Council Property Services currently provides a comprehensive and professional building repair and maintenance service to its Customers in over 400 Council buildings including schools, offices and listed buildings, including Cardiff Castle and City Hall.The Authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of roofing maintenance works to its non-domestic property portfolio which encompasses over 400 Council buildings including schools, civic offices and listed buildings including Cardiff Castle and City Hall.The Council`s Property Services delivers these services through a combination of its own in-house labour force of fully trained and qualified tradesman and external contractors under centrally procured and managed Framework arrangements.
