Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the framework of the event entitled: "Roofing of the fire station yard" consisting of a roof for the parking of trailers and the installation of protective equipment. The subject of this public contract is in particular: a) the focus of the real space for roofing, b) designing the most suitable solution incl. approval of the proposed solution with the client, c) preparation of the project documentation necessary for implementation (project documentation at the stage of project documentation for construction implementation including an itemized list of works with a statement of measurements (budget), including the processing of the schedule of construction works), d) the performance of related engineering-investment activities for construction management, i.e. in particular ensuring the discussion of project documentation with the relevant authorities and state administration organizations, incl. insurance or opinions for the issuance of a building permit, submission of an application to the building authority and the processing of a building decision for the building, including the acquisition of legal authority, e) implementation of construction works.
